A Disciplined Approach to Medical Legal Review
Summit Review was built to impose structure, consistency, and accountability on the medical-legal review process. Our role is to reduce variability, manage risk, and ensure that expert involvement strengthens — rather than complicates — a case.
Clear parameters are established at the outset to avoid scope creep, missed expectations, and/or inconsistent opinions.
Physicans are never selected based on availability alone. Physical utilization is actively managed to preserve credibility and avoid overuse.
Reports are developed with attention to documentation, internal consistency, and defensibility.
Throughout the process, counsel communicates with a single point of contact, ensuring continuity and accountability from intake through completion.
