A Disciplined Approach to Medical Legal Review

Summit Review was built to impose structure, consistency, and accountability on the medical-legal review process. Our role is to reduce variability, manage risk, and ensure that expert involvement strengthens — rather than complicates — a case.

  • Clear parameters are established at the outset to avoid scope creep, missed expectations, and/or inconsistent opinions.

  • Physicans are never selected based on availability alone. Physical utilization is actively managed to preserve credibility and avoid overuse.

  • Reports are developed with attention to documentation, internal consistency, and defensibility.

  • Throughout the process, counsel communicates with a single point of contact, ensuring continuity and accountability from intake through completion.
